Ms. Dupont-Coutu has been involved with various engineering and public works projects since 2008. Her experience includes geographic information systems (GIS) mapping of utility infrastructure, inflow and infiltration (I/I) studies, sanitary sewer evaluation survey (SSES) manhole inspections and internal building investigations, stormwater mapping and water quality analysis in conformance with EPA MS4 NPDES regulations, field investigations for preliminary designs and planning for sewer separation projects, site plan reviews, and SWPPP preparation and review. Projects include GPS survey and creation of city-wide sanitary and storm sewer system maps in Salem, Peabody, and North Reading; investigation of sanitary sewer systems for potential inflow and infiltration (I/I) in Salem, Ipswich, and Gloucester; and outfall monitoring and analysis in North Reading and Salem.
In addition to Rebecca’s design and field engineering experience with NECE, Rebecca is board president of Salem Sound Coastwatch and a practicing landscape design professional.
